Integro Counselling is unable to provide an emergency service for our clients
If you found yourself in a major crisis and were considering serious self-harm it would be vital to get immediate help. Our referral pathway for Urgent Support includes:
- Contacting your GP
- The nearest Accident & Emergency Service (A&E)
- The Samaritans on 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org (email emergency support)
- NHS First Response (24-hour service) on 0808 196 3494 (emergency mental health care, support and guidance)
